Connie M. Dierking

Connie M. Dierking , age 57, of 1436 Pheasant Run, died April 10, 2012, at 8:15 am in her home. Connie was born August 26, 1954 in Kirksville, Missouri, the daughter of Emmit and Edith Dorman Ray. She married Douglas Dierking on June 9, 1972 in Quincy, Illinois. He survives. Connie was an intelligent and creative woman who enjoyed painting, gardening, and landscaping. She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God. In addition to her husband, survivors include: her son, Kasey Dierking of Quincy; her daughter, Karma Dierking of St. Louis, MO; three sisters: Joyce Hilderman of Livonia, MO; and Mick Rice and Kathy Wright, both of Quincy; three brothers: Emmit, Hollie, and Buster Ray, all of Quincy; and numerous nieces and nephews. Connie was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Flora Burnett; and her parents-in-law, Roswell and Alice Dierking. Graveside Services: 1:00 pm Friday, April 13, 2012 at Greenmount Cemetery, with Rev. Neal Moore officiating.
