Glen F. Hultz, age 69 of 424 Poinsettia, died Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at 1:40 p.m. in Blessing Hospital. He was born November 12, 1937 in Quincy, the son of Raymond and Arzetta Sparks Hultz. On May 9, 1959 he married Linda Danhaus in Quincy. She survives He was a 1956 graduate of Quincy High School. He served in the US Army. He worked for IL State Highway Dept. in highway maintenance. At one time he was Administrator at Park Manor Nursing Home and later Assistant Administrator at Quinsippi Nursing Home. From 1979-2004 he was Adams Co. Circuit Clerk. He was past President of the Illinois Association of Court Clerks and past President of Westview Golf Course. He was also past President of the Mart Heinen Club and Secretary of U.C.T. He was a member of the Adams County Democrat Party, Rocky Point Club, Quincy Rotary Club, and the Federation of Neiborhoods. He was past President of Quincy Little League and loved to help coach his son's sports teams. LaGrange, MO; Robert Hultz and his wife Marcia of LaGrange, MO; and Kenneth Hultz and his wife Karon of Maywood, MO; a sister Lavina Glas and her husband William of Quincy; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his his parents, twin grandchildren, Jacob and Katherine Hultz, and a sister Darlene Hultz. Services will be Friday, at 10:00 a.m. in Hansen Spear Funeral Home with Fr. Dan Bergbower officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 3-7 p.m. at Hansen Spear. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery. Memorials made to American Heart Association, March of Dimes or to a charity of the donor's choice in his name would be greatly appreciated. Hansen-Spear Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
