Funeral Services for Mrs. Ann Emmerling Hogue, age 79 of Livingston will be conducted 3 p.m., Sunday, March 17, 2019 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Bro. Darrin Ford and Bro. Steven Barlow will officiate. Burial will follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. The family will welcome friends on Saturday evening from 5 until 9 p.m., then on Sunday from 2 p.m. until time of services at the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Mrs. Ann passed from this life in the comfort of her home on Wednesday evening, March 13, 2019 surrounded by her family. Ann was born in Elwood, IN on July 27, 1939 to the late Fred Michael and Blanch Owen Emmerling. She was a 1959 graduate of Elwood High School, and a member of the Monroe Christian Church. Ann loved and enjoyed being with all her family. She enjoyed traveling, going to church and being around people. Ann loved to watch the Atlanta Braves and watching old movies, reading, crossword puzzles, and cooking. She loved life and the people she was around. In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her son, Mark David Hogue; brothers, Michael, and Arthur Emmerling; sisters, Madonna Emmerling Padgett, and Rose Lee Emmerling; grandchild, Baby Mark; and great-grandchild, Grace Ann Martin.
