Calvin L. Friske

    STOUGHTON- Calvin L. Friske, age 71, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2010, at the Nazareth House in Stoughton surrounded by his loving family after a brief illness. Calvin was born on March 18, 1939, son of the late Rudolph and Esther (Zinke) Friske in Kendall, Wisconsin. Calvin married Barbara Snyder on June 29, 1963 and together raised their daughter Kelly. Calvin retired from the Carnes Corp. of Verona in 2006. Calvin was a long time member of Covenant Lutheran Church in Stoughton. Survivors include; his wife of 47 years, Barbara; his daughter, Kelly (Peter) Grafton and his two grandchildren Emily and Andrew, all of Stoughton. By two brothers; Lloyd ( Virginia) Friske of Argyle, WI and Donald (Lorna) Friske of Verona, WI; by his sister Arlene Friske of Rockford, IL. Calvin was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Russell and Gordon and by one sister Eleanor Orr. The family wishes to thank the doctors and   staff   of   7 Southwest Nursing Unit of St. Mary's Hospital and the 3rd floor staff at Nazareth House for their kind and loving care given to Calvin and his family at this very difficult time.
