JOHN was employed at the Indiana Medical History Museum, and retired after thirty-five years of service. JOHN was a frequent visitor at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. MR. JOHN CARYL HUMPHREY departed this life on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the age of seventy-seven years. He was preceded in passing by his wife Evelyn on July 11, 2009, his daughter Tonya Renee Humphrey Turner on January 11, 2014, and his brother Vernon Humphrey. He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving children, Candace Humphrey, Jocelyn (Warren) Bolton, Kasandra Humphrey, John (Chantel) Humphrey Jr., Linda Phillips, Roslyn Hoskins; twenty-one grandchildren, thirty-one great grand children; sisters Gloria Lewis, Delores Bowman, Estella Richardson, Carrie Pinto, and, brother Howard Doran as well as many nieces, nephews, cherished relatives, and innumerable friends.
