Adrian R. Haught

McFarland- Adrian R. Haught, age 90, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2010 at his home.  He was born in Fairmont, West Virginia on July 29, 1920, the son of Romeo and Lula (Yost) Haught.  Adrian enlisted in the U.S. Navy immediately following Pearl Harbor, served during WWII and was stationed in Quam.  On October 27, 1944 he married Mary Drengacs.  From the end of the war until his retirement Adrian was employed as a Machinist in the Chicago area.  He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and enjoyed spending time with his family.  Adrian is survived by three children, Nancy (George) Pienkowski, Neal (Ann) Haught and Karen (Brian) Daniele; six grandchildren, John (Shonee), Teri (Joe), Laura, Julie, Andy and Lewis; and three great grandchildren, Zach, Emily and Zane.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary; daughter, Melody; and brother, Keith.  Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at Olson-Holzhuter-Cress Funeral Home in McFarland.  Friends may greet the family from 1:00 PM until the time of services Tuesday.  Memorials may be made to HospiceCare Inc.&n...[more]
