Funeral Services for Mr. William Harrison "Billy" Ferrell, age 77, of the Collins Cove Community will be conducted 2 p.m., Friday, April 19, 2019 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Bro. Rick Lacy and Bro. Troy Pennington will officiate. Burial will be in the Harris Chapel Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Thursday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home. Mr. Billy Ferrell passed from this life on Wednesday morning, April 17, 2019 from the Overton County Health & Rehab Center. He was born in Overton County on April 28, 1941 to the late Mitchell and Beulah Booher Ferrell. Billy was affiliated with Harris Chapel Church. He worked for many years doing carpentry work and painting. Billy enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and being outdoors. His favorite love was being with his family and friends.
