Sun Prairie - Geraldine Gale (Cowdy) Holguin, age 83 passed away Saturday, December 25, 2010 at the Prairie Gardens in Sun Prairie, after a long illness. Geraldine was born September 6, 1927 in Birmingham, Alabama, the daughter of Thomas and Hazel Cowdy. She was united in marriage to Julian Holguin on June 29, 1946 in Milwaukee, WI. Geraldine worked at Arlene's Department Store in Madison for several years before staying at home with their children. She is survived by a daughter, Sheryl (Armin) Pulver; three sons, Rodney Holguin of New Lisbon, Kevin (Rose) Holguin of Marysville, Washington, and Randall (Janelle) Holguin of Sun Prairie; ten grandchildren, Cliff Pulver, Scott Pulver, Tanya (Chad) Muller, Ryan (Nikki) Pulver, Dana Pulver; Shylo (Ryan) Schroud, Bimini Holguin (Branden); Wylee Holguin; Ja'Nhae Holguin and Colleen Holguin. Nine great-grandchildren; Reeve, Evan, Austin, Payton, Gavin, Brayden, Londyn, Jade; and one brother Gordon (Joan) Cowdy, New Berlin, WI.
