Madison-Tan C. Lewis, age 28, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2010 at his home. He was born on February 2, 1982 in Hollywood, CA the son of Paul & Susan Lewis. This past April 12th he was united in marriage to April Berlanga. Tan was employed with Best Buy as a Instillation/Technician. He attended Blackhawk Technical College, Janesville in 2009 in the Electrical Power Distribution Program. Tan enjoyed various outdoor and indoor activities which included volleyball, darts and boating; but his greatest enjoyment came from doing anything with his family. He is survived by his wife, April; sons, Trenton & Kaden Lewis; father, Paul Lewis; mother & father-in-law, Frances & Eddie Berlanga; sister, Kelly Joy Lewis; aunt & uncle, Sue & Scott; cousin, Kelsey; grandparents, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his Mother. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 25, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Cress Funeral Home-East, Madison with Rev Michael Tess officiating. Friends are invited to call on the family at the funeral home on Sunday, July 25, 2010, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
