Arlene McNall

Arlene McNall, age 74, died November 27, 2009 after a long illness.   She was born in Verona on Aug. 31, 1935 the daughter of Alfred and Matilda (Kalscheur) Strassman.   Arlene was united in marriage to James A. McNall on August 21, 1954.   Arlene worked for many years as a Crossing Guard for the Madison School District.   She was also a member of the Sweet Adeline's for many years.   Arlene was a long time member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church.   She is survived by a son, Steven A. McNall; three daughters, Cynthia A. (David) Matuseski, Cherilyn M. (Herbert) Haack, Terri L. McNall, a brother Duane A. (Lucille) Strassman, and a sister, Donna J. (Robert) Wipperfurth, and several nieces and nephews.   She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband James.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 am on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 401 S. Owen Dr. Madison, WI, 53711, with visitation from 10:30 am until the time of service.   [more]
