Helmut G. Haak
Mr. Helmut Haak age 81 of Saukville, passed away on Wednesday November 26, 2003 at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee Campus in Mequon. Mr Haak was born in Breslau, Germany on March 3, 1922 son of the late Friedrich Haak and Ida Günther Haak. On September 3, 1949 he married Marianne Seidel in Schöneck, Germany. Helmut was a master plumber, and together with his partner Ron Dimmer he started Saukville Plumbing. Helmut retired from the business in 1987. He was a member of Friedens Evangelical Church in Port Washington, and also enjoyed golfing, sports, especially soccer, and traveling. Mr. Haak went on an annual trip to Germany to visit his family. He is survived by his wife Marianne of Saukville, sons Dr. Michael (Maureen) Haak of Evanston, IL and Steve Haak of Saukville, 3 grandsons Josef, Nik and Kristoph Haak, one sister Trude Kowalcyk of Berlin, Germany, 1 sister-in-law Dr. med. Hildegard Liebold of Markneukirschen, Germany, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Sunday November 30, 2003 5 PM at Friedens Evangelical Church 454 N.
