Delores Dimmer

DELORES M. DIMMER Mrs. Delores Dimmer, age 81 years, of Hwy CC in the Town of Sherman, passed away as the result of a car accident on November 3, 2003. Delores was born November 27, 1921 in the Town of Belgium, daughter of Nicholas and Ann Schueller Thomes. On November 27, 1946 she was united in marriage with Clarence Dimmer at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Lake Church. The couple farmed in the Fredonia and Dacada area, before operating an excavating business. Clarence preceded her in death in 1988. Mrs. Dimmer was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Parish, St. Nicholas Chapel, Dacada. She loved working outside and "puttering" in her yard. In the winters she spent time quilting. She enjoyed baking pies and kuchens and keeping busy. She took good care of her family and was always there to help when she was needed. Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 7, 2003 7PM from the Funeral Home going to Our Lady of The Lakes Parish, St. Nicholas Chapel for Mass of Christian Burial at 7:30 PM. Father Richard Cerpich will officiate. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in the parish cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 171 N.
