BROWN, MR. CARL I. Twin Lake, MI Mr. Carl I Brown, age 79, died Sunday, April 28, 2002. He was born in Hesperia, MI on February 4, 1923 to Irvin & Cora Kimball Brown & married the former Beverly Mysen on August 30, 1946 in Muskegon, MI. Mr. Brown served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII with the 13th Battalion, Seabees. He had been employed as a Salesman at Oven Fresh Bakery prior to retiring in 1983 & was a member of the VFW Post #446. SURVIVORS 3 daughters, Nancy Campbell of Watertown, TN, Jeanne L. Gene Lowder of Twin Lake, MI & Susan L. Gene Gifford of Muskegon, MI; 7 grand-children; 5 great grandchildren; his good friends, Bob Groeneveld & Ray Walsworth. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly in March of 2001, a sister, Nila Barrett & by a great grandson, Sam Lowder. SERVICE Wednesday, May 1, 2002, 11:00 AM at First Evangelical Lutheran Church with Rev. William Uetricht officiating. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
