STORKAN, MRS. MARY W. Grand Haven Enjoyed Gardening and Quilting Mrs. Mary W. Storkan, age 94, died Wednesday, February 1, 2006. She was born in E. Grand Rapids, MI on August 16, 1911 to Peter and Minnie (Mouw) Sillje and married Larry Storkan on September 2, 1939. He proceded her in death in 1961. Mrs. Storkan had been a bookeeper at National Products in Grand Haven for 30 years. SURVIVORS 3 daughters, Marie (Roger) Bloemers, Frances (Keith) Clymer and Janice (Robert) Schiefer; stepdaughter, Joan Deakins; 6 grandchildren, Andrew Bloemers, Lisa Vanschelven, Tad Fritz, Jadie Kieft, Susan Perry & Carolyn Voorhees; 9 great grandchildren, Trevor & Madison Kieft, Haylee Fritz, Emilee Cooper, Nicholas & Zachary Perry, Garretson & Allison Voorhees, Madeline Vanschelven. Mrs. Storkan was also preceded in death by a sister Janet Rayla in 1964. SERVICE A Memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be given to Hospice of N.
