Lyle Dysert

Lyle M. Dysert Mr. Lyle M. Dysert, age 88 years, of Port Washington, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Mequon surrounded by his loving family. Lyle was born in Clinton, IA, on July 7, 1918, son of Ira Dysert and Anna Greive Dysert. On March 15, 1941 he married Jane Fuelster at Emmaus Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. Lyle was employed by Wisconsin Electric Power Co. as an Industrial Instructor, retiring during the 1980's after over 40 years. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Port Washington where he was active in bible studies, and a Past President of the Men's' Club. He also belonged to the Toastmasters, and enjoyed dancing with his wife, putting his machinist skills to work machining parts for family and friends, and was very proud that he was Salutatorian of his High School class. Mr. Dysert is survived by his wife Jane of Port Washington, daughter Karen (the late Doug) Robertson of Port Washington and son Lyle (the late Suzanne) Dysert of Random Lake. Robertson of Silver Creek, Stacey (Grant) Sorens and Keith (Tammy) Robertson of Cedar Grove, 6 great-grandchildren; Jonathan, Thomas, Olivia and Dylan Robertson and Caitlyn and Sydney Sorens, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday February 12, 2007 at 7 PM at St. John's Lutheran Church 217 Freeman Dr., Port Washington with Pastor John Klieve officiating. Entombment will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday February 12th from 5-7 PM . In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to St. John's Lutheran Church. The Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington is assisting the family.
