ing because her and Spanky were married on February 12th, 1983, and then six months later Renee' "Rosebud" was born on August 28th. Then they had Eugene on February 1st, 1986; he went to heaven in August of that year so he could watch over his family. Gene and Linda started their catering business shortly after. It had some ups and downs, but Linda held it with Gene, and they made that business happen for 25 years. On June 27th, 1992 they were surprised unexpectedly with another bundle of joy, Bobbye Naoma Fern. Linda had such a close relationship with her mother in law, Mozelle who lived in Bastrop. That was perfect because Renee' and Bobbye kept their parents on their toes. Mozelle came in and snapped everyone into shape and Linda loved that. Eric would come down and visit in the summer. He had started his own life as a young man by then. Linda also loved her parents and siblings. She was big on family. Linda was such a strong woman, for many years she suffered from kidney failure, lost her bodily functions and even lived in an assisted living facility for a couple of years. She had to re-learn how to walk and feed herself. Gene fed and helped her until she regained her full functions again. She managed and got back to her original state. She was cured from diabetes, still dealt with kidney failure and fought with Rhabdomyolysis till death. The last few months Gene & Linda spent their time and company together. They were so much in love, they reminisce of the past and spoke of future plans. The last few days she was in such high spirits. She still had an enormous and loving heart till the end. Gene didn't realize he would give her his last 2 kisses the night before she passed away. Linda is survived by her husband, Gene "Spanky" of Austin Tx. Eric Snell and family of Amarillo. Renee' and her family of Kyle. Bobbye Hamilton and her family of Driftwood. Brother, Brent and wife Nita. Her sister, Sharon. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her son Eugene Whaley III, sister La Gayla Park, mother and father Naoma and Bill Williamson, mother-n-law Mozelle Caldwell. Mom and Dad Naoma and Bill and sister LaGayla Park. Let's remember her last words "I will love you forever" as Gene responded "I Will Always Love You".
