Cheryl was born in Bellaire, Ohio on October 21,1962 to Delores Dean Neal and James William Thoburn Sr. Beloved wife, mother, sister, friend, grandmother. Cheryl will be remembered for her kind and caring ways, her loyalty to her family and friends, and her great sense of humor. She will also be remembered for her love of camping and singing. She was always helping people when she could. She gave herself, and heart and soul. She was also a lifetime member at Lothlorien Nature Sanctuary.
