Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Jolley Sells, age 77, of Monroe will be conducted 1 p.m., Wednesday, October 30, 2019 from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Rev. Hillier Duke will officiate. Burial to follow in the Hatcher Hall Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Tuesday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at Livingston Funeral Home. Mrs. Frances passed comfortably at her home on Saturday evening, October 26, 2019. She was born in Pickett County, Tennessee to the late Robert Odell & Virgie Griffin Jolley. Frances was a 1960 graduate of Livingston Academy, and a member of the Hatcher Hall Christian Church. She enjoyed gardening, working in her flowers, fishing, and all of her birds. Frances loved her church family, cooking and preparing communion at Hatcher Hall. Her greatest joy in life was her loving and devoted husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her son, Mark Sells; sister, Joy Bilbrey, and brothers, Todd Jolley, and Robert "Bob" Jolley. Pallbearers to serve are Jonathan Reagan, Brandon Reagan, Adam Scalici, Joshua Scalici, Joe Jolley, Scott Gunnels, Scott Copeland, and Britt Keisling. Honorary Pallbearers to serve are Mark Sells, and Matthew Reagan.
