to many sports, some of which were swim team, gymnastics, hockey, and softball, they even managed to go skiing at Rib Mountain numerous times. Even though her life was a struggle, and money was tight, she still managed to take family vacations. One which was a month long throughout most of the western states. She took her two kids, the family dog, packed up a Vega, hooked up a trailer, and away they went. Somehow, she managed to pull this off without a hitch. She moved back to Madison after a few years working out west. She spent her time in Madison working as an adjunct professor and teacher. She joined the Hoofer's Club because she loved boating and always wanted to learn how to sail. She cycled a lot, even doing a ½ Triathlon. She loved the outdoors, helping foreign exchange students and was always willing to play a game of Sheep's Head! Norma was a strong Christian, always sharing her love for the Lord. In the 70's she was part of the Jesus People movement. She also went to New York and volunteered to work with David Wilkerson working with high risk youth and gang members. She loved life and will be greatly missed. She is survived by a daughter, Kristine Podosek (David); son, Lorin Weiler; grandsons, Chase, Fletcher, and Shane; and a brother, Gary Levenhagen. She was proceeded by her parents, Ruth Robinson-Porath (d:1982) and Ferdinand Henninger (d:1968) and a brother, Eldon Henninger. Service will be held November 15, 2019 at Springs of Hope located at 901 Femrite Drive, Monona, WI 53716.
