Linda Donna Marie Larson

Linda Donna Marie Larson, 63, of Winona, died Monday, 11/11/2019 with her fiancé and her family by her side. Linda was born 1/4/56 to Donald E. and Eleanor D. Larson in Wabasha, MN. She grew up with 12 brothers and sisters in Southern Minnesota. Linda graduated from Lincoln High in Lake City in 1974. From a young age Linda was known as a philanthropist. She always did the good Lord's work through serving and giving to those in need. She was a proud supporter of; American Cancer Society, Arbor Day Foundation, The Defense of Wildlife, Feed the Starving Children, Humane Society, IFAW, PETA, NRA, Red Cross and St. Jude's. Linda was an eternal optimist, never complained and had an amazing sense of humor. Linda bought and operated the Sunshine Bar from her mother before going to work at Sprint and Knitcraft as a Wip Operator. In her free time Linda loved to take care of her garden, play with her dogs, feed the birds and decorate for all the holidays. Linda especially loved traveling with her fiancé of 11 years, Scott Luksa. Larson, Barbara (Enrique) Rodriguez, Paul (Amiee) Larson, Chris Larson; many nieces, nephews, step-daughter and step-grandkids. She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald E. Larson and Eleanor D. (Dady Larson) Brink; siblings, Donny Larson, Kevin Larson, Matt (Maureen) Larson; nephews, Jonathan and Donald; brother-in-law, John Ramier. Vistation will be at 10 a.m., Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. with lunch to follow on 12/7/2019 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Winona. Hoff Celebration of Life Center, Goodview is assisting the family. In Lieu of flowers memorials preferred to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Linda's favorite charity.
