Janice L. Bublitz Janice Bublitz, age 63, of Hwy. I, Saukville, died Sunday, February 20, 2011 at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa after a nine year battle with ovarian cancer.  She was born November 29, 1947 in West Bend, daughter of Ernest and the late Evelyn Wilkens Kellar.  On December 27, 1969, she married Tom Bublitz at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Newburg.  Janice and Tom own and operate Bublitz Plumbing and Heating in Waubeka with Janice serving as the business manager. She was a 40 year 4-H leader and served the 4-H community as a project leader, President of the Ozaukee County 4-H Leader’s Association, Secretary of the District 4-H Leader’s Council, and Secretary of the State 4-H Leader’s Council.  Janice was privileged to be a chaperone at County, State, District, and National 4-H programs.  She especially enjoyed teaching the project area of Cloverbuds.  Janice was a County Fair judge and Music/Drama Festival judge.  In 1989 she was named Citizen of the Year by Flag Day Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7087. ublitz of Saukville, her father Ernest Kellar of Port Washington, five grandchildren Maci, Brady, Hannah, Riley, and Kylee, two sisters Donna (Paul Maechtle) Schubert of Port Washington and Yvonne (Gene) Morauski of Okauchee, two brothers Myron (Linda) Kellar of Port Washington and Marvin Kellar of Fredonia, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her mother.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 26, 11 AM at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 623 Congress St., Newburg with Rev. Jon Baumann and Rev. Steven Wilkens officiating.  Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Newburg.  Friends may call at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington on Friday from 4-8 PM and at the Church Saturday from 10 – 11 AM.  In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Ozaukee County 4-H Foundation or Granulosa Cell Tumor of the Ovary Foundation.
