Beverly Vaughn

Beverly F. Vaughn (Cross) was born on March 4, 1927 (same day, but 4 years apart of our father). She was born in Lincoln, Nebraska to Clifford and Clara (Stern) Cross. She went very peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, November 28, 2019. Mom did it her way.

Beverly loved her family and would do anything for them. She enjoyed crocheting and making blankets for anyone that wanted one.

Beverly is survived by her daughters: Mary (Carroll) Henderson Sr. and Clara (Robert) Floyd Jr.; grandchildren, Michael (Jennifer) Floyd, Leana (Tom) Fry, James Cline, Amy (Joel) Fricke, Carroll Henderson Jr., Heather (Jeb) Wheeler, Troy Cline, Angel (Greg) Hower, and Samantha Cline; 13 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a close personal friend, Nicole Horak.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammy D. Vaughn, and her daughters, Sandra Cline and Patricia (Patti) Ogden.

Interment is pending at Iowa Veterans Cemetery.
