Michelle Lynn Messer

Michelle Lynn Messer, age 38, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2019, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born February 18, 1981 to David and Sharon (Pack) Strong in Muskegon, and was a lifelong resident. Michelle worked at G.E. Aviation for 16 years. Her family was the highlight of her life. She loved camping and their many trips to Cedar Point and Florida. She especially enjoyed time spent at home in the pool or playing board games. Cheering her children on at their many sporting events brought her great joy. Michelle will be remembered for her strength, optimism, and one step at a time attitude during a challenging time. On June 17, 2006 she married Timothy R. Messer, and he survives her along with 2 children: Mallorie and Zachary Messer; her mother and father: Sharon and David Strong; 1 sister: Jennifer (Andrew) Anderson; in-laws: Shelley and Mike Messer; brother-in-law: Charles (Kerry ) Messer; sister-in-law: Shanna Messer; several nieces and nephews.
