Scott Howard Ptak age 39, passed December 15, 2015. He is survived by his wife Veronica Ptak, and his daughter Julianna Ptak and his father Barry Ptak. Scott was a devoted husband and father. He was loved by many for his kind heart, loving ways and his passion for life. He never knew a stranger and gave generously of his talents and time to anyone who asked and even those who didn't ask.
