Loving father of John Donegan, Ronald Donegan, Mary (Gary) Gilson, Theresa Janowicz, Patrick (Mary) Donegan, Catherine (David) Pulliam and Phyllis (Jerry) Kerrick and the late Thomas Donegan. Also predeceased by his grandson Michael, son-in-law Dennis and daughter-in-laws Debra and Sandra. Dearest grandfather of 15 and great grandfather of 11. Dear brother of Lucille (Mel) Summers and Ellen Stepnakowski. Francis enjoyed fishing, watching hockey, working on cars and spending time with his family. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 2:00-8:00pm at the Chas. Verheyden-Schultz Chapel, 21705 Gratiot, Eastpointe, MI., with a Rosary at 6:00pm.
