Mary Margaret Eckel, age 84, November 21, 2018 of Grosse Pointe Park. Beloved wife of the late Richard. Loving mother of Susan Eckel, Kathryn Eckel, Margaret (David) Lujan, Ann (Brian) Callahan and the late Elizabeth Eckel. Dear grandmother of Matthew, Mary Kate, Christopher, Aidan, Annie, Conor and Sean Patrick. She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Mary Phyllis and Francis Reno and her siblings, Ann Shook and John H. Reno. Visitation Friday 3-8 PM with a 7:00 PM rosary at Chas. Verheyden, Inc., 16300 Mack, Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan. In State Saturday 9:00 AM at St. Clare of Montefalco Catholic Church, 1401 Whittier, Grosse Pointe Park, until her funeral Mass at 9:30 AM. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations appreciated to St. Clare School.[more]
