Obituary of Jeffrey T. Caruso Jeffrey Thomas Caruso passed away on February 11th, 2020, in Rochester, NY. He is preceded in death by his parents Frank Caruso and Rose E. Jablin, of Bergenfield, New Jersey. He is survived by his loving husband and partner of 32 years, Michael Gehl, and his brother Robert E. Caruso. Jeff was a chef, cookbook author, music lover, singer, loving partner, fiery debater, and devoted friend. Jeff had a passion for those that needed help, and spent countless hours of his life working and volunteering for organizations that served the underprivileged. A bright and brilliant light in this world, Jeff will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Memorial service will be private. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society.
