Deborah Ann Lock Hulett of Vonore, TN, formally of Farragut, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2015. She was a wonderful wife, mother, beautiful daughter and sister. Deborah, or Debbie as her family knew her, grew up in Lexington, KY, Raleigh, NC and Jackson, MI where she met and married her husband Marty. During their 41 years of marriage they had two daughters, lived in Florida and Tennessee and traveled extensively. Deborah was very artistic and found great joy in entertaining in her home. She was extremely devoted to genealogy and was a member of the DAR. Deborah is survived by her husband Marty, daughters Melissa Hulett Needs (David) of Morristown, TN and Jennifer Hulett Casey (Ryan) of Knoxville, TN, mother Annabelle Winfrey, father and step-mother John Henry Lock (Dianne), sisters Becky Ashin (Jeff), Loraine Stefanides (Vic), half-siblings John Lock (Julie) and Wendy Chandler (Adam), three grandchildren D.J., Tyler, and Keely Needs and many nieces and nephews.
