Kala Michele Lamb

Kala Michele Lamb age 28, of Knoxville, TN gained her wings unexpectedly November 20, 2019. She was a graduate of Powell High School, class of 2009. She enjoyed family more than anything but most of all, she loved cooking and to get out with her dog and drive. She lived her life to the fullest for her family but held a very special place for her nieces, Adlynn and Whitley, and her dog Turbo. She would fight for them to the end. Kala is survived by her father, Mark Lamb; mother, Kim Lamb; sister, Jena French; nieces, Adalynn Courtney French and Whitley Grace French; grandmother, Jenny Ford; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Thurman Arnold Ford; great grandmother, Ruby Faulkner; grandmother, Sue Lamb; cousin, Courtney Michelle Ford. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm Tuesday, November 26th at Gentry Griffey Funeral Chapel with a service to follow at 7:00pm. Burial will be 11:00am Wednesday, November 27th at Sharon Baptist Church.
