Graveside services for Mrs. Lora Ann Speck Cooper, age 79, of Livingston will be conducted 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at the Overton County Memorial Gardens. Bro. Robert Cooper will officiate. The family will welcome friends at the graveside. Mrs. Ann passed from this life on Sunday evening, February 23, 2020 from the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born in Overton County, Tennessee on January 29, 1941 to the late Thomas Shirley & Dallas Bowman Speck. Ann loved her family dearly and enjoyed quilting, working in her flower garden and listening to music. Ann leaves behind her loving husband of 62 years, Mr. Marion Cooper of Livingston, TN; daughter, Donna Boles & husband Mark of Hilham, TN; son, David Scott Cooper of Livingston, TN; sisters, Naomi Cottle & husband Jimmy of Beaver Creek, OH, Shirley Speck of Livingston, TN, and Ruth Hill of Livingston, TN; brother, Aaro Speck of Cape Coral, FL.
