Bernice Ann Lanore

LaNore, Mrs. Bernice Ann Muskegon Mrs. Bernice Ann LaNore, age 85, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2020. She was born in Muskegon, MI on July 22, 1934 to Frank & Bertha (Sidock "Sajdak") Slowik and married Kyran LaNore on May 5, 1951. Mrs. LaNore had been employed as a Quality Control Inspector for Howmet for over 30 years until retiring in 1997. Bernice was an active member & volunteer at St. Thomas Catholic Church. She made many porcelain dolls and enjoyed gardening flowers. SURVIVORS Sons, Joseph LaNore of Grand Rapids, Kyran "Sonny" (Connie) LaNore Jr. of Muskegon; daughter, Christine LaNore of North Muskegon; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, sister, Sophie Horn of Muskegon; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kyran in 1991; sons, Richard in 2006 & Robert in 2017; several brothers & sisters. SERVICE Saturday, February 29, 2020, 11:00 AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church with Fr. Douglas Braun officiating. Internment in St. Mary's Cemetery.
