Michael "Mikey" D. Spencer, 31, of Plainview died at home on Sunday, March 1, 2020. Michael was born on August 4, 1988 to Jennifer Sheldon in Winona, MN. Mikey was a fighter up until the end, beating the odds that the doctors had given him early in his life. Mikey enjoyed listening to music and watching cartoons. Mikey will be missed by his mother, Jennifer "Cierzan" (Gregory) Sheldon; his foster mom, Julie Danckwart; grandmother, Ardis Cierzan; siblings, Joshua Hornberg and Makinzie Sheldon; his first foster parents, Cheri and Ken Chaney; Tara (Dave) Smith, Linda Bethke, Sally Cierzan, Greg (Louisa) Cierzan, Jeff (Shelly) Cierzan, and John (Kim) Cierzan.Mikey was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Cierzan.
