Bobbie Joyce Storey

Bobbie Joyce Storey was born in Dallas, Texas on April 12, 1932. Bobbie's divine appointment with God was at sunrise on July 16, 2016. Her parents were Charles A. and Vivian Joy Kennedy. She was raised in Garland, Texas and graduated from Garland High School where she was the Drum Majorette of the Garland Owls High School Band. She attended the University of North Texas. She married William R. Storey in 1951. They moved to Ennis, Texas in 1957 where they were owners of W. R. Storey, Manufacturing Company, which was the largest dress manufacturing company in the southwest. Bobbie and her family were members of St. Thomas Episcopal Church. She enjoyed her work as the head of the alter guild and other activities at St. Thomas. She moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1989 where she became a minister and counselor for the next 27 years. Bobbie was deeply loved and adored by her family and friends. She is survived by her daughters and their husbands: Judy and Sean Perkins and Kathie and Dan Cash.
