Lynette Rae Derryberry McKinney, 51, of Phoenix, AZ passed from this life on Monday, August 1, 2016, at Sherman Hospice Home, Mayo Clinic Campus. Born in Tucson, raised in Farmington, NM, she has resided the past 29 years in Phoenix working in the Neurology field as a MS Specialist. She is survived by devoted best friend and closest companion of 32 years, her husband Paul. She will be remembered by her siblings, friends and colleagues as an unwavering advocate and champion for her MS patients, studies and trials and the help she gladly gave to so many. Visitation will be held from 5-8PM, Friday, August 5, 2016, Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale.
