Michael Carmine Ford

Michael Carmine Ford, beloved son of Joseph and Samantha Ford and brother of Andrew Albert and Matthew Ford, passed away in Phoenix, Arizona on Friday, August 5th, 2016. Memorial services to be held at Desert Springs Bible Church (16215 N Tatum Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85032), Friday, August 19th, 2016 at 4pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to www.halorescue.org can be made in Mike's honor for his love of animals. Mike loved his dog Shadow and his rescue cat. During his times of struggle, they were never far from his side and would often be found lying together. They brought Mike great comfort and love.
