Charles Joseph Bay

Charles Joseph Bay, II, Age 59, the beloved husband of Margaret (Meg) Bay and stepfather to Heidi and Madison Stuermer, Chuck passed May 8, 2017 in Scottsdale AZ. Chuck was a graduate of Illinois State University and the University of Illinois with a law degree. He had a productive career in Silicon Valley. He moved to Scottsdale after retiring in 2003 for health reasons. Chuck is survived by his son Rick, daughter Sarah, wife Meg, stepdaughters Heidi and Madison, father Charles Jr., mother Sharon and eight siblings. A service will be held Saturday May 20, 2017 at 11:am at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. 10815 North 84th Street Scottsdale AZ 85260. There will be no visitation prior to the service. [more]
