Jack Neil Clegg
Jack Neil Clegg died in his home on June 7th, 2017 in Buckeye, AZ due to complications following respiratory failure. He was 74. Jack was born on October 10, 1942 in American Fork, UT to his parents, Jack Clegg and Thorma Marie Barrett Clegg. He graduated from American Fork High School in 1960. Jack graduated with a Bachelor's degree in computer science from Southwest University. He served in the United States Army then started working for an airline when he saw they were hiring at the F.B.I. He was hired in Kansas City, Missouri and then transferred to Phoenix, Arizona. Jack met and married the love of his life Janele Ann Boren Clegg on June 11, 1966 at the Mesa, AZ Temple. He worked overseas in Iran and Saudi Arabia for several years installing and training in computers. He also worked at Estrella Mountain Community College and Phoenix Community Collage as the Director of Computing. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and held various calling within the church. He retired after an unfortunate accident at home in 2002. with family. He loved to joke and laugh as well. He was a professional grandpa to all the neighborhood kids and friends. He was also the neighborhood fix it guy. Jack loved his wife, kids and grandkids. Jack is survived by his wife Janele Ann Boren Clegg, daughter Kimberly Anne Clegg Stokes, son-in -law Chris Stokes, son-in-law Paul Reklaitis and grandchildren Mykol Alan Reklaitis, Elizabeth Elana Reklaitis, Addison Christopher Stokes, Viktoria Marie Reklaitis, Kaiya Brennan Stokes, Kristina Grace Reklaitis, Tenley Anne Shelly Stokes, Halia Reagan Stokes, Ammie Janessa Annakaiya Stokes and Braxton Jack Stokes. He is preceeded in death by his Father Jack Clegg, Mother Thorma Marie Barrett Clegg, Brother Clifford Lynn Clegg, sister Susan Clegg Goeglein, Daughter Shelly Marie Clegg Reklaitis. There will be a viewing at 9:00am, Saturday, June 17, 2017 and Jacks funeral at 10:00 am at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary at 6500 E. Bell Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
