ar award in 2006. They were married for sixty-three years when her husband died in 2006. She moved to the Beatitudes Campus in Phoenix in 2008 and enthusiastically embraced her new community, where she had many friends. She is survived by her sons Howard "Hardy" (Patti) and David of Phoenix, and daughter Nancy Good of San Francisco, California. Also, included are daughter-in-law Kathy Good, four grandchildren, Amy Betancourt, Brian Good, Heather Evans, Michaela Good, three great-grandchildren, Patrick Betancourt, Danielle Betancourt, Wesley Evans and numerous nieces and nephews. Virginia was warm hearted, good humored, gracious and hospitable. She will be missed by all who knew her. Thank you for kind and compassionate care to John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital, the Terraces skilled nursing facilities, Hospice of the Valley and the executives, staff and crew at the Beatitudes Campus. A Memorial Service will be held at Beatitudes Life Center, Phoenix, Arizona, on Friday, 23 February at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a church of your choice.
