Wesley Wayne Brown

Wesley Wayne Brown, age 52, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on September 21, 2018. He was the husband of Tamara Jean Brown. They shared 31 years of marriage having met as teenagers in Phoenix. Born in Phoenix, AZ, he was the son of Robert Brown and Linda Ferguson. He attended Sunnyslope High School and went on to start his own business as a general contractor at age 23. In his spare time when not working in masonry, Wes reveled in creating western style art by fusing metal, stone, and wood to form unique pieces which he exhibited at shows throughout Arizona. He also enjoyed designing jewelry and exploring the backcountry of Arizona on his dirt bike and quad. Most of all, Wes loved being with his family and friends. Wes will be remembered for his big heart, sense of humor, generosity, unfailing willingness to help others, and his enormous bear hugs. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018, at 10:00 am with a reception to follow at Hansen Mortuary Desert Hills Chapel on 6500 E. Bell Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. The burial will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery on 6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301 at 2:00 PM.
