Dora Pati

Dora Patiño Ulloa-Ruiz, 86 passed away on May 31, 2019 in Phoenix, AZ. She was preceded in death by her husband Ramon A. Ulloa, Ramon Ulloa, Jr. and husband Joe Ruiz. Dora was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother and friend. Dora is survived by six daughters Irma, Sylvia, Mary, Teresa, Sandra and Dorina. Surviving siblings include Ofelia Mabry, Gildardo Patiño and Carlota Richmond. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Dora was born February 16, 1933 in Carrizal, Chihuahua. She was the second oldest of 16 children. Dora lived and married in Oakland, California and then followed her husband Ramon when he went to work at Ft. Huachuaca in Arizona. Dora raised seven children alone in Douglas, AZ after becoming a widow at 28 years of age. Dora lived in Douglas for 59 years. She spent the last six years of her life living in Phoenix. Dora loved to travel, spend time with family, tend her garden, and share her smile and blessings with everyone she met. She was known for her generous nature.
