having served as a Lector and was a member and past president of the St. Ann's Circle, as well as a member of the Council of Catholic Women. Barbara's favorite daily prayer to God contained the words, "Let me thus praise you in the way you love best by shining on those around me." And she did. Barbara was pre-deceased by her husband, Elwood Darby, who died in May of 1984, her father, Royal E. Hallows, who died in May of 1982, and her mother, Elizabeth Hallows who died in December of 1987. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Ron) Thompson, grandson Royal Allen Thomposn of Texhoma, Oklahoma, Daughter, Dee Dee (Lyle) Aspegren of Cave Creek, Arizona; step grand-daughter Lori Larson and her family of Ft. Collins, Co; and step grand-daughter Julie Gage and her family of Vail, AZ. Funeral arrangements are currently pending in Arizona, Oklahoma and Colorado.
