Robert I. Nagelhout

Robert passed away peacefully in his home with family on April 17, 2017. Bob was born in Ridgewood, New Jersey on September 5, 1934. Before settling in Arizona, Bob served honorably in the U.S. Navy, primarily on the island of Barbados. Bob was as a supervisor for the City of Phoenix, where he worked for 35 happy years. Bob was an avid fisherman, hunter, who loved the outdoors and Arizona. He was a devoted family man, friend and neighbor. He was preceded in death by Win, his wife of 54 years. Bob is survived by his daughters Debra (Duane) Webb, Denise (Steve) Nasser, Donna (Randy) Harwood; granddaughters Ryan (Adrian) Escarcega, Erin (Efren) Sandoval, Renee (Scott) Wells, and Robyn (Mycheal) Broom; grandsons Hunter, Christopher and Tyler Harwood; and 7 ½ great-grandchildren; brother-in-law Jack Bobo; sister Joan (Jim) Dykstra; and Gary Maceyko and Janet Greene. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 28, 2017 at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th Street, Phoenix 85020.
