Anita R. West

Anita R. West, 91, passed away at 11:25 am Sunday, October 15, 2017 at home. Anita was born in Oliver, Illinois, April 09, 1926, the daughter of the late John and Elva Quinn. She worked as an insurance agent selling personal lines of insurance for over 25 years. She is survived by her sons Brooke Wallace (Randy Rock) and Bruce Wallace; step-children Eleanor Scheman (Loren Scheman), Loraine West and Janet West; grandchildren James Scheman (Marty), Margaret West, and Emma West. Anita was preceded in death by her parents, husband Carl West, and son Keith Wallace. Visitation will be from 9:00 - 11:00 am Friday October 20, 2017 at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85020. Graveside Services will follow at 11:30 am at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th Street, Phoenix 85008. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 115 W.
