Edna Lou Barnard

Edna Lou Barnard, 90, passed away on May 13, 2019 at the Coronado Healthcare Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Born in La Crosse, Kansas, she was the daughter of Alex and Letha Yost. Once she graduated high school, her life was spent raising her children. She was the widow of John Thomas Barnard Sr., they shared 55 years of marriage together. Edna enjoyed her crossword puzzles and playing crochet. She will be remembered for her loving and caring personality. She is survived by her children John (Joann) Barnard; Alex Barnard; and Virginia (Jimmy) Bellomy. She was predeceased by her husband John Thomas Barnard Sr. A visitation will be held at 11:30 AM on Monday, May 20, 2019 at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th St., Phoenix 85020, followed by a graveside service at 1:30 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N.
