William Allen "Bill" Harper, age 82, died peacefully on March 9, 2020.

Bill loved the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. He was an avid art collector and wine and cigar connoisseur. He travelled worldwide throughout his life and volunteered his time to many organizations. Most importantly, he was a devoted father to his daughters. He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him and missed dearly. He left this world a better place than he found it.

He was preceded in death by his parents Milton and Margaret Harper and his younger brother, John Harper.

He is survived by his daughters Erika Grizzaffi and Rachel Harper, son-in-law Kelly Grizzaffi and 4 grandchildren: Hayden Harper, Haley, Hollyn, and Kelley Taylor Grizzaffi. He is also survived by his sisters Judy Daniels and Cindy Wright as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
