Gerard Patrick Peplowski

Gerard Patrick Peplowski, age 79, died on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Ascension St. John Main in Detroit. He was born on December 18, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Walter and the late Helen (nee:Karasienski) Peplowski. Gerard graduated from Orchard Lake St. Mary's in 1958. After High School, he attended the University of Detroit where he received a degree in Electrical Engineering. He then continued on to Law School at the University of Detroit. He was very active in the Order of Malta. Gerard was the loving husband of Diane for 51 years. Dear father of Patrick (Lisa) Peplowski and Michael (Tara) Peplowski. Cherished grandfather of Ryan, Allison, Kate, and Evey. Beloved brother of Robert (Donna) Peplowski. Visitation for Gerard will be held on Friday, March 20 from 3 pm to 8 pm at Chas. Verheyden, Inc., 16300 Mack Ave., Grosse Pointe Park, MI 48230. In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, a Funeral Mass will be held privately for the family.
