Muffin was born outside of Maquoketa and lived with Margaret McCarthy.
Grandma Mary Scott picked this cute, little, black kitten for Kathy who was teaching school in Chariton, Iowa.
Muffin enjoyed playing with Kathy's other cat Snuggles. After Kathy got married she had to adjust to 3 children. Muffin liked peace and quiet in the lower level bathroom. She really loved to be with Kathy when the kids were at school. Grant and Diegen liked to watch her play with a toy mouse and anything like yarn.
She looked forward to Bruce feeding her every morning and evening. Kathy will always remember Muffin sitting on her lap being petted.
The family will always miss Muffin but we will always remember the love and happiness she gave us.
Muffin is survived by her cat brother, Claire, Bruce, Kathy, Grant, Diegen, and Hope Haylock.
She is preceded in death by her cat sisters, Snuggles and Gentry and Grandma Mary E. Scott.
We look forward to seeing you in heaven.[more]
