Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Billie Kirby Masters, age 86, of Livingston will be held at a later date. Mrs. Billie Masters passed peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday morning, March 31, 2020 from the comfort of her home in Livingston. She was born September 19, 1933 in Clay County, Tennessee to the late Charlie & Katy Bilbrey Kirby. Mrs. Billie leaves behind her sons, Terry Masters of Crab Orchard, TN, and Bobby Masters of Livingston, TN; grandson, Jonathan Masters of Crossville, TN; brothers, Jackie Kirby & wife Janice of Allons, TN, and Glen Kirby & wife Lillian of Hilham, TN; sister, Elizabeth Cobble, of Anderson, IN. In addition to her parents, Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Glen H. Masters; brother, Robert Kirby; sisters, Faye Pruitt, and Mary Louise Johnson.[more]
