William T. Curley

William "Bill" Curley, known by his loved ones as GP or Pop, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2020 peacefully in his home. He was born on August 25, 1942, in Lansdale, PA to the late William and Frances Curley. His beloved wife, Dolores Ann Polikoski precedes him in death. He is survived by his siblings Gail Rang (Al), John Curley, David Curley (Rosemary) and Patrick Curley. His brother, Thomas Curley (Bonnie) precedes him in death. His children, Linda Robins (Kevin), Lisa Abdelsalam (Mohamed), Neal Curley (Karin), Joanne Curley and John Mellon are heartbroken by the loss of their father, friend and companion. He is additionally survived by his sister-in-law Karen Worthington (Jim) and aunt, Sister Dorothy Curley. Bill attended Lansdale Catholic High School and Temple University and was an avid football player at both levels. He worked with the United States Postal Service for over 27 years. Bill and Dolores frequently traveled across the country and lovingly cared for many cats at their house, with the help of their dear neighbor and friend, Judy. ill be greatly missed by his grandchildren Yoseph, Sophia, Sean, Kelsey, Shannon, Mikey, Maria, Sara and Sofia. There will be a small, private funeral service held in his honor. The family plans to have a larger memorial service to celebrate his life at a later date.
