Jeffrey L. Westfall

Jeffrey L. Westfall, of Kings Highway, died at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus Wednesday April 8, 2020, he was 54. Born in Ashland, Kentucky September 4, 1965. He is a son of the late Loretta Westfall Mullins, a stepson of the late Jimmy Mullins, and the son of Russell James.

Jeff was a self employed General Contractor, and also worked for other contracting firms .

He is survived by his long-time companion Jayne Grant, a daughter Danielle Franks, stepdaughter Heather Grant. His siblings: Kevin Mullins of Newburgh, NY, Jennifer Craft of Tupelo, Mississippi. Two half sisters: Tabatha James of Lexington, Kentucky and Heather of Ashland, Kentucky. Grandchildren: Zia Sawyer, Mighlee Grant, Jamie Temple, Kolten Williams. He is also survived by William Clarkson whom he loved like a brother, and several cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents Haze and Martin Westfall, and a half-sister Missy.
